After experiencing a less than stellar visit from the Geek Squad, I reached out to several business in the metro area for a quote to mount my television over my fireplace.
Ruredzo was able to come out the next day (ON A SUNDAY) to do the install. Dante was on time as promised and professional down to the booties to cover his shoes.
I explained to him the complications the Geek Squad has with my setup and showed him the $200 mount they recommended that I buy in order for my television to be mounted over my fireplace since the original owner's mount would not work.
Dante hopped into action, did his measurements and took the time to explain to me why the existing mount would not work nor the mount that the Geek Squad recommended for purchase. At that point, I felt as if I were at a loss. Dante assured me he would do everything he could to make sure my tv was mounted before I left.
He's a man of his word. He had a mount he was sure that would work (and it did). He added an extension cord and subtracted some wall plates and worked his magic.
I highly recommend Ruredzo for your home theater needs!

However, I was simply to busy and found this company through Home Advisor. I have to give him credit, I thought I knew my stuff but he showed me a thing or two. I've been looking for someone like Dante and glad I found him. He recommended a couple of things I could do to improve my system but didn't try to over sell me on anything. He cleaned up my wires and made it so easy for the wife and kids to only have to push one button to turn everything on. He programmed everything perfectly. Can you tell, I'm extremely happy with his work. After several years and multiple AV guys claiming to know how to fix it, he got it done. Awesome work Ruredzo Media Solutions. Corey, my survey tech, arrived in a professionally wrapped vehicle and was in a uniform. I was so pleased with Corey and how enthusiastic and personable he was I decided I didn't need to get quotes from anyone else (even if they were cheaper) and put my deposit down right then and there. Alberto and his team showed up within the first 30min of their install window. They were very friendly and even spent time getting to know me and taking in my requests. They spent maybe 2 hours total going through my crawl space and installing the cables. They cleaned up after themselves and kept any holes they made hidden and covered them up afterwards. He could have just not spoken up and just proceeded but instead worked hard to get us the best install possible with his suggestions. Very professional and patient to get the job done correctly. Dante then came out a few days later once we received our networking device . He configured all our electronics and internet so we are able to use them simply and most effectively with our internet system .He went through and explained each device and all its features instead of us trying to figure it out on our own. He was very nice and professional. He worked with me to determine how to properly mount the display according to what I wanted, which was a full motion mount. The install ran into some trouble when an installed HDMI port didn't seem to be working, and Ken stayed to figure it out, and ultimately replaced it and fixed the problem. The final amount was within the quoted range Dante provided me earlier. I was very pleased with their service and would absolutely recommend them.

My family and I just move to Georgia and I was looking for reliable internet service. I requested a quote from RMS Installs and Dante called me back within one hour. He came out to my house the next day to do a walk through on how to run hardwired internet service into several room and adding three access points. I accepted the estimated and I had an appointment to install everything in less than one week. Dante was very kind and professional during our walk through and over the phone. The day of the appointment, Alberto and his crew did a fantastic job during the installation process. I was pretty impressed on how they ran the Ethernet cable without cutting into any drywall. They completed my installation in one day and I now have reliable high speed internet throughout my house. Thank you RMS Installs.
